I need help and adivice please!?

Ok so I'm some sort of psyic. Yea I know you think I'm nuts but I am. Anyway I want to increase my power so I don't want one day lose It. I need help. I want to know and I also want to know why do I have them? Why can I see what I see, why do I feel what I feel, hear what I hear, I also want to know is there anything to help me see what's to come, yes I know the furture is what you make of it. but I just want to know if I'm on the right path to a good life. If anyone can help me thank you and I don't know if this has anything to do with it but my name is Jessica which means gods grace. What dose gods grace mean? would that of had any connection to me being who I am? And I'm not crazy seen doctors and doctors and more doctors so don't tell me I'm sick or crazy iv been proven not sick or crazy thank you any advice.
